elgibility for d pharmacy course. and rout for admission

ELIGIBILITY FOR  D.Pharmacy course

A pass in any of the following examinations

(i) A pass 10 +2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology.

(ii) A pass in D. Pharm Course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

(iii) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.

(iv) Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course.

First of all pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and apply for any Polytechnic Entrance examination.

So if you have passed 10+2 with above subjects then you can apply for Diploma in Pharmacy. It will be of 2 years duration.

You also have option of doing B.Pharm. because eligibility for D.Pharm and B.Pharm. is same and if you are willing to study higher then opt for B.Pharm otherwise D.Pharm.
