What is the eligibility for SSC entrance exam? What are the various fields or posts in SSC?
please tell me about the eligibility criteria for ssc exam.....can we apply for the exam after 12th..? what are the various feilds or posts in ssc...?

For SSC exam,you must be a graduate.there are different grades in ssc ,which are decided on your marks.keep yourself updated with general knowledge.there are book available for it.try to score more marks cz as u gt selected in grade 3 ie lower grade then there are different fix areas u need to b master in ur academics.
what i m saying is,my one friend who is an engineer gt selected in 3rd grade.n the mains exam criterion was the candidate mst b have degree in botany.that boy never having bio subject. so score good marks .n its nt dt difficult.lil hardwork is required. |

There are many examination conducted by SSC and eligibility criteria for different examination will different according to the post.
You are 10+2 means you can apply for SSC CHSL(For Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerks) and other examination which requires less that 10+2 that is matric level exam. There is a matric level examination conducted by SSC for Stenographers. There is SSC Multi Tasking exam also for 10th pass. For SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam you have to be a Graduate in any discipline. The age limit for SSC examination is 18 to 27 years for General Category. There is age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST , 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. The examination will have objective type paper and then skill test. There will be negative marking in the objective type paper for wrong answers. If you pass the exam with merit then you have great chance of getting selected. Hai,
SSC stands for Staff Selection Commission. SSC conducting the examination for various posts in government sector, the candidates who are Completed their Matriculation or 10+2 or graduation has eligible to apply these jobs. Eligibility details for Graduate level examination:- The candidate should be complete graduation in any stream from any recognised university of india. No need on percentage restrictions in the graduation. Some posts asks only engineering graduation completed candidates can only eligible like Junior Engineer posts. Eligibility Details about Combined Higher Secondary Level examination:- The applicant should be complete 10+2 or it's equivalent from a recognised state board or university. Some of posts comes under this like Data Entry operatar and Lower Division clerks etc. Eligibility details about Combined Matric Level examination:- The candidate must have to complete matriculation or it's equivalent from a recognise board. The age limits:- The age limits are 18 years to 27 years, 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates. Selection steps:- Written test, Personal interview. Can age limit of 30yrs or above apply for ssc, as i heared that max age is 35yrs to apply.

Dear friend yes you are eligible to apply Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSLE) after completed 10+2 with a recognized Board.
SSC stand for Staff Selection Commission . SSC will hold a Combined All India Open Examination for recruitment to the posts of Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk Age limit :- A candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 27 years. i have been applying for ssc rifleman constables exam. my age is 24 years and belong to sc caste .my application is not accepted in online because it is showing that your age is to much to apply for exam tell me necessary details sir

SSC - Staff Selection Commission conducts verious type of examination like Graduate level Exam and Combined Higher Secondary Exam for various recruitments post.
The minimum educational Qualification for SSC Combined Higher Secondary Examination is passed 12th class. 12th exam appearing may apply for CHSE examination. For Combined Graduate Level Examination minimum qualification, a candidate must possess a degree of Graduation in any stream from any recognized University. Age limits:- The age limits are 18 years to 27 years, 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 10 years relaxation for Physically Handicapped. Yes, you can apply for SSC after 12th. SSC(Staff Selection Commission) conduct the exams for both Graduate and 12th candidates.
If you want to appear for SSC after 12th, you have to fulfill eligibility criteria for the exam. Eligibility Criteria- 1. 12th from recognised Board or college . 2.
