Respected sir.i want know about job .this time in BE(ECE) final year student. My percentage 60 percent.which area i can get job.

ECE is the Evergreen course.After completing your ECE you can go for either IT field or the core side.

They are having both opportunities in private sector and in public sector.
Companies that hire Electronics and Communication engineers are:

All IT companies
TCS
WIpro
Satyam
HCL
L&T Infotech
Torry Haris
Sappient
GE Electicals

You can also get opportunities in Government sector in companies like:
BHEL
BEL
NTPC
SAIL
Indian Railways

You are in a great stream, and you have good percentage of marks,you can go to any sector like banking,software,hardware etc.

Dear friend,

You have completed your B-TECH in ECE. But your graduation marks is must be 60% above because below mention organization have criteria is above 60% in graduation . This percentage is vary from organization to organization.

So you have many options to go like govt sector ,private sector or higher study also.

The govt sector options are -DRDO , BARC , ONGC , ISRO , NIC , IGDR , UPSC EXAM , BSNL JTO etc.The age limit for those organization is maximum 30 years .Age relaxation provide only for SC/ST /OBC candiadte.

Also you are eligible in private sector also . the private sector company are TCS ,CTS ,IBM,HP,L&T,ALUNUS ,WIPRO etc.

The higher study options are MS , MBA ,M-TECH ,JRF ,SRF ,PHD etc.

Also you must be qualify in GATE ,CAT,MAT exam.

with 60% score you are eligible for all government sectors and most privet sectors .There are so many opportunities available in government sectors like -
SAIL,BHEL,rail,DVC,DRDO etc..........

If you are interested in privet sectors then you can go for the companies like -
TCS,CTS,IBM,WIPRO,HCL etc.............

Now it is your choice .

As you are from ECE stream, then you will definitely get better opportunity to get a job rather than any other stream..

So, don't worry.. as you have secured 60% aggregate in B.tech you more or less you will be eligible for all companies..

You can go for core technical jobs like-

There are opportunities for an ec student in field on government and private both the sectors.
You can take placement in any private sector company like
Tcs
wipro
mediatech
infosys
etc
and in field of gov sector you can take psu
they can take you with your gate score.

yes ofcourse.You can get placement from your campus or apply on their official websites and try to find job oppurtunity.But you need good aggregate throughout your BE above 60%.

i want to know that now i'm in anna university tech they have said that their distinction percentage was increased whether it is true only if we have got above 80 we will get gob opportunity ?
