What are the opportunities in US? I am studying B.E computer science


I m studying in B.E(computer science).M not very good in programming.What opportunities do i have in US to develop my career ??as m settling there after 2yrs.Can i work as a faculty over there??
If yes wht further education i have to take??

When to apply for M S electrical engineering in USA/UK/Canada in and what is the eligibility for getting scholarship. What GRE score required for the same. Please mention in detail.
