It is good to see that your aim is to Join Indian Air force, but girls are not eligible to Join Indian Air force Just after completing Intermediate or Matriculation.

Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible to Join Indian Air force Just after completing Intermediate examination through NDA Examination, But girls are not allowed to apply for NDA.

Girls can only be eligible for IAF, Just after completing Graduation with minimum 60% marks.

When you have scored more than 60% marks in your Graduation and Must have study Maths and Physics as a subject in your Intermediate examination, then you can apply for Air force common admission test and Join Flying Branch of Indian Air force.

To apply for Flying Branch, your age should between 19 to 23 years.

Girls can also apply for Technical Branch, if you have study Electronics or Mechanical Engineering course in your graduation, and age should between 18 to 28 years.

For ground duty Branch, your age should between 20 to 23 years and you have completed your graduation in any discipline From a recognised university, the notification published two times in a year and the selection is based on written test followed by SSB.

So, please complete your graduation and then apply for AFCAT Examination.

But, there is no chance to Join in Indian Air Force with 10th standard

Join in Indian Air Force through NDA (National Defense Examination)

NDA Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission in yearly twice.....

&

NDA -II

NDA have 3 wings, i.e. 1. Indian Air Force, 2. Indian Army, 3. Indian Navy,

Eligibility Criteria for NDA Examination : -

>> Candidates must have a 12th standard from any recognized institutions

>> Candidates age should between 16.5 years to 19 years there no age relaxation for this Examination

>> Candidates should be a citizen of Indian

>> Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this examination

>> Girls are not eligible for this examination

If you are satisfy these all eligibility's then you are eligible for NDA Examination

Nice to hear that you want to join Indian Air Force.

But my dear you cannot join Air Force just after passing 10th because if you want to join the same then first of all , you have to pass 12th with PCM as your key subjects from any recognized board.

After passing 12th , you can appear the NDA Exam , cracking which you can join Indian Air Force.

So , i suggest you to complete your 12th first.

Why are girls not eligible to give NDA examination? And what is the minimum % to enter into this field?

Hi Friend,

You are not yet eligible for Indian Air Force as you have only passed Class X board examination.
To join Indian Air force you have to appear for National Defence Academy(NDA) examination.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA:

1. Candidate have pass Class 12th board examination with PCM and have to score minimum 50%.

2. Age of the candidate must be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

3. Only Indian citizen can apply.

4. For Indian Army only unmarried male candidate can apply.For Indian Air Force and Indian Navy unmarried male and Female can apply.

5. Candidate Have to Physically Fit.

Selection Procedure:

-> Written Test.

-> SSB Interview.

-> Fitness test.

So do not worry,after finishing your 12th examination with PCB you can apply for Air Force.

After 12 class i will apply NDA then how many percentage need to go in indian air force?

I am appearing 2 in this year 2016. I want to join either in Indian army or navy. Is there any direct recruitment based on 2 marks?

(National Defence Academy),NDA exam conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) , this exam conducted twice in year in India.

For joining Air force in NDA

Candidate should be Indian

Age should be 16 and half to 19 years

Only Male candidates are eligible for Air force.

Educational Eligibility-

Student should be 12th pass with science and final year student can apply for this


Selection Procedure-

Those candidates who shortlisted after written exam they will face 3 years training at NDA at Khadakwasla then posted as Air force officers
