My son was born on 20.06.2015, whether if he is eligible for LKG in any schools affiliated to CBSE for the academic period 2018 - 2019 or not? What should be the ideal age?

As per government guidelines, age of child must be between 3 years 10 months and 5 years 10 months as on 1st June of the academic year.

So, your child is not eligible to get admission in LKG across CBSE board schools as age of your child would be 2 years 11 month as on 1st June, 2018.

As per the new rules set for LKG admission, age of the student must be 3 years 10 months to get admission in LKG standard. As of now, your ward is not eligible for LKG admission because his age is less than 3 years 10 months.

The perfect age in CBSE board for getting admitted to LKG is 3.0 - 4.0 years for Lower Kindergarten and 4.0 - 5.0 years for Upper Kindergarten. So the any child who has completed 4 years is a proper aged child to get admission in LKG class.

As our child born in 26/03/2016, since she is 3 years and 3 months old on June 2019.is, she eligible to join LKG in CBSE school syllabus.

To get the admission in lower KG, a child must be 4 years to get enrolled in CBSE board education. There are CBSE board schools in Amravati who are taking admissions of child crossed 3.5 yrs. or touched 3.5 yrs.

My son's date of birth is 05-03-2016. Is he eligible to join lkg under CBSE schools this year 2019-20?
