What is the age criteria required for admission in LKG?

Respected Sir, My Son is 3 years old and I am seeking admission for LKG now at 2017 June session but few schools recommends Pre-kg and some schools are willing to take him for LKG but he will be turning 3 this June so can we admit him in LGK? Will it get affected while attempting 10th CBSE Board exams? Please answer as soon as possible.

Regards,
Kannan

Default Re: What is the age criteria required for admission in LKG?

>> Admission in LKG class is done when a child is more than 3 years old.
>> While counselling a child school administration will finally decide the choice of Lower KG or upper KG.
>> If a child is mentally and physically capable school may admit them in upper KG so that child may start learning from the ongoing environment.
>> It will not affect in 10th CBSE exam if you admit the child when he is of at least 3 years in LKG.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
