you should have 60% in 10th,12th and B.Tech up till 6th semester..you should have no backlogs at the time of the placement..the on-campus placement is much easier than off-campus so it is much easier to get placed in on-campus selection..
you have to firstly clear the aptitude test..then group discussion and then the interview..be confident and you got to have good communication skills for getting placed.. all the best |

According to me TCS is one of India's largest company. I think u shud join as you will have a brand name in ur resume. I hv been trying to get into TCS for a long time now...but u r lucky to get a job there. I think ur salary structure is good...these days every company is taking money..so no need to think a lot. Just join...coz this will add value to ur resume.

Dear friend, If you are interested in TCS Then there are two procedure to join TCS after B.Tech 1.Through off campus recruitment Every year TCS conducts off campus recruitment.You can crack that. 2.Through walk in for experienced candidate There are so many walk in is held for experienced candidates.At first you can have some jobs and then try TCS with that experience. But you will have to fulfill these criteria for TCS : 1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : The candidate must score minimum 60% marks throughout academic career. 2.STUDY GAP : Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here. 3.BACKLOG CRITERIA : No pending backlogs are allowed here. Hello dear.........
To get a job in good company like tcs(tata consultancy services)....your percentage plays an important role...you need to atleast 60% in your graduation....you should not have any backlogs at time of placements.....besides your percentage you need to have good communication &technical skills......... They test your levels.... 1.aptitude test 2.technical interview 3.hr interview 4.group discussion if you have expereience then it is little bit easy to get a job... All the best... |
