What shoulb be the qualifications to become a CBI officer?

Dear friend CBI stand for Central Bureau of Investigation.

To join as CBI officer you need to appear for Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam
conducted by SSC(Staff selection committee).

Eigibility criteria:-

Candidate should be an Indian.

Candidates must have pass Graduation degree from a recognized University.

Age limit:-

The age limit must be within 21 to 27 for general category.

The age limit must be up to 33 years for OBC candidates.

The age limit must be up to 35 years for SC/ST candidates.



Procedure:-

Written exam

Interview

Medical exam

Eligibility Criteria for CBI:

>> Should have completed Graduation from Discipline University

>> Should have 60% marks in graduation

>> Age should be between 21-30 Years for General Candidates and 3 years Age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 Years age Relaxation for Sc/St candidates

Physical Requirements for CBI

>> Height should be 164 CMS

>> Weight should be correlated to height

>> Chest Should be 80 CMS

CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation is an investigation agency of India that has taken the responsibilities of solving the mystery behind any criminal activity.

CBI recruitment exam is conduct through Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC board every year.

The minimum Qualification needed to sit in this exam is to be Graduate enough in any Discipline from recognized university .Not required any percentage marks .

Your age should be between 21 to 27 years (relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for O.B.C in upper age limit).

Selection Process for CBI Exam :-

Preliminary Exam (Tier I).
Mains Exam (Tier II).
Interview.
Medical Test.

Exam pattern for CBI Exam is given below-

a. Part I - Written Examination carrying: 400 marks
i. General Test
ii. General Intelligence and Reasoning
iii. General Awareness
iv. Numerical Ability

b. Part II - Personality Test (Interview): 100 marks.
i. English Language
ii. Language Comprehension
iii. Communication / Writing
iv. Ability Test

For becoming a CBI(Crime Bureau of Investigation) Officer you can apply for two exams to get this job.These exams are :-

1. SSC UDC/CGL.
2. IB(Intelligence Bureau).

Eligibility Requirements you will have to meet are :

Educational Qualification :-

• You should have a bachelor degree of at least 3 years from recognized university in any discipline.
• Your degree should be approved from the UGC.
• If you have completed your Bachelor degree from Distance Education,then your degree should be approved from the DEC(Distance Educational Council).

Age :-

• Your minimum age should be 18 years.
• Your age should not be above 27 years.

Age Relaxation for Reserved category :-

• OBC Category candidates will get 3 years.
• SC/ST Category candidates will get 5 years.

Marks :-

• Your minimum marks should be 50% in Graduation(For All Category).

Exam Pattern :-

1. Preliminary Exam.
2. Mains Exam.
3. Interview.
