First of all you should be Graduate with 50% marks. After that you can apper in Combined Graduate Lavel exam.this exam of Staff selection Commission conducted Government of India.

Age of candidate for cbi exam should be minimum 20 and maximum 27 years.

Relaxation for obc is 3 years.

Relaxation for sc/st is 5 years.

Height must be minimum 165 cm and chest 76 cms.

The CBI is controlled by the Ministry of Personnel headed by the Union Minister who reports directly to the Prime Minister of India.

Qualifying Exam
Candidates who wish to join the CBI must write the Union Public Service Commission Examination.

Eligibility:
1. Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks are eligible to appear for this exam.
2. They must be at least 20 years at the time of applying. SC/ST/OBC candidates must be at least 30 years when they apply.
3. The candidates who qualify in the written test will be later called for a Physical Test and Interview.

The CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation and this is inviting the applications every year for become CBI officer, for that application form and the other information will be published in the employment news.

::: Required Eligibility :::

For become a CBI officer, required educational qualifications are you must completed the graduation with minimum 55% of marks from recognized university.

Required minimum age limit should be 21 years and maximum age limit should be 30 years and here upper age limit for reserved category candidates as per govt rules such as 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

For become a CBI officer, the selection procedure is based on the written test conducted by the union public service commission examination and after qualify in the written test will be later called for a Physical Test and Interview.

The eligibility is as follows:

The candidate needs to pass graduation with 50% and above throughout the academics

There is relaxation of age as per government rules

CBI Officer Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

CBI stands for Combined Graduate Level Examination. If you wish to become a CBI officer then you need to sit for this exam. Staff Selection Commission conducts this examination once a year.

Generally for the post of Sub-Inspectors of Police in Central Bureau of Investigation this exam is conducted. This exam can be given for the following posts:

• Inspector of Posts (Group `B' Non-Gazetted)
• Inspectors of Central Excise, Income Tax, Preventive Officer etc
• Sub-Inspectors in CBI.
• Sub-Inspectors of Police in Central Police Organizations
• Divisional Accountants/Auditors/Junior Accountants/ UDCs

Educational Qualification:- You should have an undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Age Criteria:- Age should be between 20 and 27 years for the post of Assistants and Sub-Inspectors in CBI.

Age should be between 18 and 27 years for the post of Inspector of Income Tax/ Assistant Enforcement Officer and Divisional Accountant/Auditors/ UDCs.

Selection Procedure:- The selection procedure consists of three stages:

• Preliminary Exam
• Main Exam
• Personality Test/Interview

The preliminary exam consists of objective questions in english. There are two sections under this exam. Total marks allotted and total questions that will be asked are both the same:- 200.

The main exam consist of two parts: Written exam and personality test. There are five sections under this exam.

To become an CBI officer you have to appear in the SSC conducted Combined Graduate Level exams

This Exam is conducted by SSC each year.

Educational qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Pass in any stream
No Minimum Percentage is required in Graduation

AGE-
Minimum 18 years (for CBI Minimum age is 20 years)
Maximum 27 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

Next Tier 1 Exam of the SSC Combined Graduate level will be held in May 2014 Notification and advertisement will come out in Jan 2014

Questions will be asked from the Below Sections in this Exams:

The Upper age limit will be relaxed 3 years of OBC candidates and 5 years of ST/SC candidates.

CBI exam is conducted by the SSC.SSC conduct the exam as SSC CGL entrance exam for the various departments.

To be eligible for this exam is to have a graduation course in any stream with good percentile. The final year graduation degree aspirant are also eligible to write this exam.
