What are the qualifications needed to attend the SI exam?
Now i am in army.i want to attend si exam.what is the qualification needed for the exam?

Eligibility for SI exam: You should have Indian citizenship and your age should be between 20 to 25 years on the day of examination. Age Relaxation- There is an age relaxation of - 3 years for OBC reserved category candidates. 5 years for SC/ST reserved category candidates. 5 years for candidates who have achieved distinction in sports. Education Qualification- You should have a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university. There is no percentage cut-off as such. SI exam stands for Sub-Inspector examination.The qualification required to attend the exam are : (i) The candidates should have atleast a graduate degree in any stream from a recognised university. (ii) The candidates should have attain a minimum age of 20 years and should not be more than 25 years of age. Thank you... |

The Eligibility details of the Sub-Inspector posts are as follows:
Candidates must have completed graduation from any recognized university. Minimum 21 years of age. The maximum age allowed is 25 years. Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories. 5 years for SC/ST Candidates. 3 years for OBC candidates. Height-170 cms. Chest: 80-85 cms. The above mentioned are the eligibility details of the S.I posts. |
