i need job from core company.what are the qualifications needed to get job? Because i have very interest to get a job in core company.

The main requisite that a candidate need to have to get a job in core companies is 60% of marks through out his career.

Later on he should be sound in subject knowledge and communication skills too.

In today scenario, many of the core companies are coming on to the campuses and recruiting the candidates.

The selection procedure will be by
-Written test
-Technical round
-HR interview

Generally the candidates with a minimum of bachelors degree or Masters degree are eligible to make entry into core companies

Depending upon the performance of the employees, they may get promotions and may also get offers to go for abroad.

Generally different core companies have different criteria. Generally they will take engineering graduates and post graduates students.

You have not mentioned that from which stream you are... if you are from a core stream then you can get a job in core companies, after completion of your graduation... for that you must have 60% marks all over you career.
If you fulfill the criteria then they will take written test after clearing the written test they will call you for the interview..
As you are so interested to go in core companies then prepare yourself to crack the written test..

Todays almost all the company requires 60-65% marks .criteria of all the companies are almost same.

Selection procedure of all the company is also almost same.

For placement in company Interview plays main role.by good interview you can get good sallary.

sir i got 77% marks upto 6th sem BE CSE. now i am final year.shall I attend the interview conducted by infosys,wipro,tcs,cts?

your question is not totally clear to me because you have not mentioned that to which type of core companies you are interested to join .Every decipline has its core jobs or companies .If you are mechanical student then TIL,TATA,L&T are core the core companies .
But one thing is common that is you have to satisfy the eligibility criteria of that companies .Most core companies requires BE/B.tech in a particular discipline .If you are interested in core companies then prepare yourself and make clear concepts on the core subjects .

Most of the recruitment of BSNL or other privet telecom sectors are from the Electronics ,Telecommunication ,radio Engineering ,computer Engineering ,IT,Electrical Engineering branches . The selection procedure is done through aptitude test , technical interview and HR interview .
For the Govt. sector at least 6.32 (on 10) and privet sectors 6.85(0n 10) CGPA in required .
If if you are interested in those sectors make a good grip on the core subjects .

to get core job the minimum criteria is you have got 60% above accademic aggregate throughout carrer.

some big companies hire the students only have above 70% aggregate.

now you can also get government core jobs through gate exam.

Core companies do not need a very high percentages for recruitment process, they generally want 60% marks through out your graduation and this percentage is just an eligibility criteria for the selection test. If you will crack that test including technical and aptitude questions you have to face personal interview or may have to face group discussion round too. After cracking this process you may be selected.
