I.A.S stands for the Indian Administrative Services and there is no special examination for this. The candidates have to qualify in the CSE ( Civil Services Examination) to get the recruitment as an I.A.S officer.

The eligibility to appear for the examination is the graduation passed candidates in any recognised discipline and the age between the 21-30 years can appear for the examination. The examination is conducted in the three stages and so it is necessary to qualify in all the stages.

To qualify in the examination is not an easy task but if you will work hard you will definitely get the success in the examination. So, you need to start the preparation for the examination from now as according to the syllabus for the examination with the proper strategy to qualify.
