Re: What is the total cost of MBBS course? What are the criteria followed for getting admission?
MBBS is a 5 year course followed by one year of compulsory rotating internship.
To get admission in medical college, you need to pass 12th class in Medical stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects with minimum 55% marks followed by securing merit in NEET examination which is the common entrance examination conducted by CBSE to get admission in medical and dental colleges for undergraduate courses every year. Top ranking students are able to get admission in MBBS course in various medical colleges throughout India. Fee structure varies across colleges with government colleges charging comparatively less fees and private colleges charging more fee. Donation system is present in some private colleges only and not in all particularly no donation system in government colleges. In general, fee varies around 10-15 lakhs for full course in private medical colleges. Government colleges charge comparatively less in the range of few thousands. AIIMS Delhi charges even less than RS 10,000 for the entire course. so fee depends upon the college. Regards |
