When should I start preparing for CAT entrance exam?


I am in standard 12 now. I want to do CA and MBA, both, but cant understand how to pursue for it.
When should I start preparing for my CAT exam, after 12?
I want to know what will be the expected salary of mine after completing both the courses?
Is doing both CA and MBA together will be a tougher task?
