GATE Stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is an all Indian Level entrance examination and conducted Jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and Seven Indian Institute of Technology .

GATE Exam notification was already released and Last date for receipt of application also already completed . The examination was held on 29/01/12 (Online Mode) To 12/02/12 (Offline Mode) .

Next GATE Exam notification will be publish in the month of Sept OR Oct in the official website of GATE as well as employment news paper and other leading news paper like Hindu , Times of India ...etc.

Eligibility Criteria for GATE ::

~~ You must have possessing the bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Architecture of a recognized Institute OR equivalent qualification .

~~ You must have possessing the bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Architecture (Post-B.Sc/Post-Diploma)of a recognized Institute OR equivalent qualification .

~~ You must have possessing the Master degree in any branch of Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Application of a recognized Institute OR equivalent qualification .

~~ Those who have appeared OR appearing the final year of degree course may also eligible to apply but pre-final year of degree may not eligible to apply .

~~ GATE Examination is valid upto 2 years and there is no limits of attempts .

This exam is conducted only once a year. The online exams were held in the month of January and the offline exams in the month of February. Admission process based on these results have already been completed. Now you will be eligible for admissions in 2013. Exams will be scheduled in the months of January/February. Application forms should be available by September.

GATE exam helds only once in a year, so this years gate exam has already over.
u can apply for GATE 2013 if u r graduate or appeared for final year of graduate degree.
forms will be available in the month of Sep-Oct 2012, Exam will b in the @nd week of FEB 2013.
