iam an engineering student doing my ECE third year in TAMIL NADU. I want to do MS in ELECTRONICS . where can i do it ? In US or UK. ? what is the procedure for doing in MS in US and UK ? please explain briefly iam confused.

iam an ece 2nd year student i want to become a scientist but i dont have any clear idea about it .somebody guided me to do MBA after BE and then phd .but now i want know want kind of scientists are availabe in eletronics . and how can i become it cant i become a cognitive scientist.
