Whether a 16 years old candidate can appear in AIPMT 2016
Well actually my birth date is 12 july 1999. So accordingly tell me that Can i appear for aipmt in year 2016 and recently i am in class 12?

The minimum age limit required to appear in AIPMT 2016 examination is 17 years as on 31st December, 2016. The upper age limit is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of examination. Upper age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates is applicable as per government rules. Since, you will attain the age of 17 years by December, 2016, you are eligible to appear in AIPMT 2016 examination.

Dear.
AIPMT stands for All India Pre medical/Pre dental entrance test. It's the test through which candidates get shortlisted for MBBS and BDS course in the country. And accordinging to AIPMT guidelines the minimum age for appearing AIPMT examination should must completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st of December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of MBBS/BDS course. AIPMT Stands for All India Pre Medical Test this entrance exam is conducted to choose candidates those who will go for Medical studies.
The eligibility are as follows : The candidates should be a Citizen Of India. The Age limit is 17 - 25 years. The candidates should have completes 10+2 from a recognize Board that in Science stream (PCM). # The full form of AIPMT is All India Pre Medical Test.
# All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) conducted the every year by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the undergraduate courses such as MBBS and BDS under 15% All India Quota in Government Medical Colleges and Government Dental Colleges excluding the States of Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. # Prescribed eligibility conditions fixed: * Candidate must have completed 10+2 in subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. * It is required that candidate of general category must have taken at least 50% marks in 10+2. * It is also required that candidate of reserved categories must have taken at least 40% marks in 10+2. * Candidate must be above age of 17 years as on or before 31.12.2016. * Candidate must be below age of 25 years as on or before 31.12.2016. * Candidate of SC and ST category can availed the benefit of relaxation in upper by 5 years. # The general information regarding AIPMT: * The objective type written test of AIPMT is of total 720 marks. * There are four sub-sections of objective type written test of AIPMT. Still you are not eligible for AIPMT exam .You must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission.So you will have to weight for 1 year more for this exam.
AIPMT is All India Pre Medical Test .It is conducts for the admission of MBBS & BDS. You must have completed 12th with 50% marks in Physics,Chemistry & Maths. |

Yes, you are eligible to appear in the AIPMT examination in the 2016. The examination is conducted by the CBSE every year for the admission of the candidates in the medical courses.
To appear for the examination the required eligibility criteria is candidates must have passed or pursuing with the PCB as main subject and have the age between the 17-24 years as of year of appearing for the examination. AIPMT stands for All India Pre Medical Test. CBSE conducts this entrance exam for the MBBS course and BDS course.
Any candidate who has done 10+2 or appearing for the 10+2 exam can appear for the AIPMT exam. The minimum age limit on 31st December of year of admission is 17 years for this exam. So if you are appearing for the 10+2 exam in 2016 with PCB subjects and your date of birth is 12th July, 1999 then you can appear for the AIPMT exam 2016 because you will complete the age of 17 years on 12th July, 2016. |

Central Board of Secondary Examination conducts All India Pre Medical test for the candidates who wish to pursue MBBS and BDS course from top medical government colleges of India.
Eligibility criteria for the AIPMT exam: >>Candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. >>Minimum percentage of marks is 50% aggregate in 10+2. Those who are appearing can also apply for the exam. >>Age limit on 31/12 of year of examination must be 17 years. As per your date of birth mentioned, you will attain the age of 17 years on 12/07/2016, so you are eligible for 2016 exam. |
