Whether school under CBSE affiliation doesn't provide Schooling Leaving Certificate to a candidate who secured direct admission in 10th standard?
Hello, I have got my admission directly at 10th class in a CBSE school and now I have cleared my HS exam. The school principal says that, a person getting direct admission at 10th class cannot get their Schooling Leaving Certificate. Is there any rule that I am not getting my Schooling Leaving Certificate?

How many percentage of attendance in Class IX for Direct admission in Class - X C.B.S.E.?
