Why am I not getting a job in software field?
hello
sir/ madam, actually i am trying to get a job in software field but till now i dont have a job i have tried so much to get job i dnt know what is problm? i am really confused please help me... |

You have not mentioned your qualification. The companies conduct recruitment through written test. The usual pattern is aptitude test and English language test. You should improve these skills by practicing and referring to books available in market. Some companies have test on subjects like C, C++ etc, Try to improve your skills in this areas as well.

So look in yourself and check whether you fulfill these requirement or not .If not then try to do the same. Many of the company requires the eligibility criteria bellow. A.>Eligibility for TCS & INFOSYS & WIPRO is:- 1.>Candidates should have throughout 60% means 60% in 10th, 60% in 10+2th and 60% in graduation. 2.>Candidates should have a graduation from a recognized university(Must be AICTE approved). 3.> Candidates should not have any backlogs. 4.> Candidates should not have more then 2 year gap in his study career. B.>Eligibility For IBM :- 1.>Candidates should have throughout 70% means 70% in 10th, 70% in 10+2th and 70% in graduation. 2.>Candidates should have a graduation from a recognized university(Must be AICTE approved). 3.> Candidates should not have any backlogs. 4.> Candidates should not have more then 2 year gap in his study career. C.>For WIPRO OFF CAMPUS RECRUITMENT :- ***.>Candidates should have 50% in 10th, 50% in 10+2th and 60% in graduation. Then the eligible candidate can take preparation for their next recruitment round.like as:- 1.>Aptitude test. 2.>Technical round. 3.>Group discussion(Optional). 4.>HR round. |

To get a job in software field you have to be good in programing languages.. Programing languages like- 1.JAVA 2.J2EE 3.ASP.NET 4.ORACLE 5.DBMS etc.. These are the job prospective courses.. Beside this you have to be good in soft skills.. Soft skills like- 1.Speaking english 2.Body language 3.Personality 4.Attitude 5.politeness these are the important factors to get a job in IT sector.. So, try to build these things in you.. Work hard into these things.. You will definitely get success.. All the best.. |

actually you should mention your qualification here.
anyway the general thumb rule is , if you want to go for software companies,then you must have the knowledge of programming languages like C,C++,JAVA,.NET etc. first get mastery over such languages and keep trying. you will definitely get good job. |
