actually i am trying to get a job in software field but till now i dont have a job i have tried so much to get job i dnt know what is problm? i am really confused please help me...

You have not mentioned your qualification. The companies conduct recruitment through written test. The usual pattern is aptitude test and English language test. You should improve these skills by practicing and referring to books available in market. Some companies have test on subjects like C, C++ etc, Try to improve your skills in this areas as well.

1 . Quantative Aptitude

2. Group Discussion

3. Technical Round

4. HR Interview

If you are read to face this round definetely you will get job.

Why am I not getting a job in software field?

Today for getting jobs in software field ,you must have following qualities in yourself:

• Good marks in your B.Tech (atleast 60%) or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of atleast basic programming languages like -C, C++ e.t.c
• Apart from these languages ,it would really help if you have good knowledge in languages like- JAVA, .NET, ORACLE, PHP e.t.c
• You must have good communication skill means you must have good english
• You must possess good personality .
• Confidence in yourself

So look in yourself and check whether you fulfill these requirement or not .If not then try to do the same.

But if you are already fulfilling these qualities then your failure will not last for long .Just be confident and keep trying .Remember- you just can't achieve always in first attempt.

actually you should mention your qualification here.
anyway the general thumb rule is , if you want to go for software companies,then you must have the knowledge of programming languages like C,C++,JAVA,.NET etc.

first get mastery over such languages and keep trying.
you will definitely get good job.

A.>Eligibility for TCS & INFOSYS & WIPRO is:-

1.>Candidates should have throughout 60% means 60% in 10th, 60% in 10+2th and 60% in graduation.

2.>Candidates should have a graduation from a recognized university(Must be AICTE approved).

3.> Candidates should not have any backlogs.

4.> Candidates should not have more then 2 year gap in his study career.

Then the eligible candidate can take preparation for their next recruitment round.like as:-

1.>Aptitude test.

2.>Technical round.

3.>Group discussion(Optional).

4.>HR round.

Friend , you haven't mentioned what is disturbing you from not getting the job . Pls specify your problem or find the problem and clear it from the good counsellor

Programing languages like-
1.JAVA
2.J2EE
3.ASP.NET
4.ORACLE
5.DBMS
etc..

These are the job prospective courses..
Beside this you have to be good in soft skills..

Soft skills like-

1.Speaking english
2.Body language
3.Personality
4.Attitude
5.politeness

these are the important factors to get a job in IT sector..

So, try to build these things in you..

Work hard into these things.. You will definitely get success..

hi sir iam not have in 10th class 70% but intermideate and gardiation will be 70% i have attand these company sir plz give me repley sir

don't worry you can do any one certification course in java and vb.net then you can get 10,000 to 15,000 per month job in software companies as fresher.

Don't try for IT field.Your job is not secure in IT field.IT industries are making all employees as dummy after using them for 6/7 years.
