Sir,
My teeth is little here and there in front so will I be selected? I am afraid for this. May be i'll be rejected in physical fitness of CDS.

Please note that irregular shaped teeth does not made the ground of rejection of the candidate during medical examination. Only the important thing required that candidate must have full dental formula. Teeth of the candidate must be free from serious infection, pyorrhoea, loosen teeth etc. I would like to advise you to consult any renowned dentist or medical officer in this regard for accurate and useful medical advice.
