Yes definitely if you have a serious injury in sense of not working of your shoulder in future then you can make a " Certificate " from Medical Gazetted range officer.

You can show it to the Interview Panel members for further clarifications.

Basically all the eligible candidates should have graduation with minimum percentage of marks and Age criteria may changes from type of post.

For Clerks - 20 to 28 years

For PO's - 21 to 30 years.

There is a Age relaxation for the reserved candidates.

There is nothing to be regarded about your shoulder and neck injury for applying for the bank clerical job. There are many banks which conduct the bank exams for applying for this post there are certain qualification which you need to possess and they include such as:

# Nationality
# Age limit
# Educational qualification

-> The nationality standard needed is citizenship in India

-> Age limit needed is 18-28 years which is for general category candidate and there are relaxation for other category candidates such as for SC/ST it is 5 years extra and for OBC it is 3 years extra.

-> Regarding the educational qualification, candidate need to have completed a degree from a recognized university and should have got at least 55% aggregate in order to be eligible.

Neck injury is not at all a problem for getting the bank job.
So, if you able to work then you can apply first medical certificate.

Clerk Eligibility :
For Applying Clerical Exam you must Complete 12th stands with min of 60% aggregate from a recognized university (OR) any degree from a recognized University.
Your age limit between 18 to 28 years
Age relaxation for OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations.
And you are also eligible to apply for PO’s Also

Bank Po Eligibility :
For Applying this post you must be complete Graduation from a recognized University
And your age limit between 21 to 30 years
3 years for OBC
5 years for SC\ST.
