To be eligible for joining in NDA you need to satisfy the following criteria's and they are:

• Nationality
• Martial Status
• Age Limit
• Education qualification

To be descriptive about these criteria's it is that:

>> The candidate applying for this exam must have a Citizenship in India

>> The Martial Status needed for the exam is that the candidate should be a Unmarried male candidate

>> Age limit needed is that the candidate should have 16 1/2-19 years of age

>> Education qualification needed is that the candidate should have completed +2 for joining in Indian Army and in the case of joining in Indian Navy or Air force means that the candidate should have completed +2 with Physics and Mathematics as subject.

>> Apart from all these the candidate need to be Physically fit.

For entrance in NDA a candidate has to be physically fit. I think so that you are eligible for that.

As far as the criteria for your eyesight is concerned you must have your eyesight correctable up to atleast 6/9 if not 6/6.
Thus you can have myopic eye up to -2.0D or hypermyopia can be +3.0 D as well.

I am having -1.7vision can I selected for air force or not
