Sir, I am Gagan Kumar. I am 90% disabled, my eyes are OK, but only right hand properly working, both legs are not working. I have done my masters. Am I eligible for UPSC exam, my phone no.is 09988045391

Yes, physically handicapped candidates are also eligible for UPSC exam, except IPS cadre. For IPS cadre one needs to be physically fit, other cadres which are office based work don't require fully fit body.

Therefore, you can apply for the exam, but you will be eligible only for those cadre, which don't have any physical fitness test.
