I am Ankit Rathore and I have completed B.A. Pass. I want to know that am I eligible to appear in CDSE? Please tell me about my eligibility asap. Thank you in advance.

Yes, you are eligible for CDS exam.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Service exam.

Eligibility criteria:-

Indian naval academy: You should have completed engineering graduation or B.Sc with physics, mathematics subjects from a recognized university.

Indian Air force academy: You should have completed engineering graduation or B.Sc with physics, mathematics from a recognized university.

Indian Military academy: You should have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

Officers Training Academy: You should have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

Age Criteria:-

Indian Military Academy: - 19-24 Years
Air Force Academy: - 19-23 Years
Naval Academy: - 19-22 Years
Officer's Training Academy: - 19-25 Years

You can apply for Indian Army, means Indian Military Academy.

You can not apply for Air force or Navel department.

Eligibility criteria for Indian Air force or Indian Navy :

Candidate must have passed graduation degree in science stream from any recognized university.

So,you are eligible for Indian Army.

Eligibility criteria for Indian Army :

Candidate must have passed graduation from any recognized university.This exam does not require any particular subjects in graduation degree.

Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Age is between 19 to 24 years.
