Re: Eligibility criteria of SSC CGL exam after completing diploma in Mechanical engineering?
Eligibility Criteria Required for SSC CGL Examination:
I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for this "Combined Graduate Level Examination" which is conducted by Staff Selection Commission. Educational Qualification required is "Minimum Graduate Degree" from a recognized university in any discipline. As Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is not considered as a Bachelor Degree, I suggest you to first complete the Graduation in order to be eligible. I strongly suggest you to pursue B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering to be eligible for appearing in SSC CGL Examination. Minimum qualification required basically varies from post to post viz., Assistant Audit Officer, Statistical Investigator Grade II, Compiler and All Other Posts. For almost all the posts "Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or its equivalent is required". |

Re: Eligibility criteria of SSC CGL exam after completing diploma in Mechanical engineering?
SSC CGL stands for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level examination. This is conducted every year for different posts. The academic qualification required for this exam is bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidates of bachelor's degree can also apply for this exam.
You can not apply for this exam after diploma in Mechanical Engineering. You can apply for LEET exam for Bachelor of technology and after completion of B.Tech, you can apply for SSC CGL examination. |
