Government job for science graduation with Chemistry honors?


I am a science graduate with chemistry hons. Please give me a good govt. job because. Please advise me for my future. Would you please help me in this regard?

After completion of B.Sc in Chemistry, you are eligible for government sector jobs like IFS and Banking exam.

IFS:-

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering are eligible for IFS exam.

Final year student are also eligible for IFS exam,

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

Banking:-

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI clerk exam.

Your age should be in between 20 to 28 years.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI PO exam.

Your age should be in between 20 to 30 years.

The chemicals are almost used in every fields which makes the Science graduates to go into diverse fields for employment. There are wide range of job opportunities for them in public sectors.

Some of the public sectors which offer employment to these graduates are given below :

* Pharmaceutical industries.

* Food manufacturing and processing companies.

* Electronic Industries.

* Buildings construction projects.

They can work in the above mentioned sectors for the following positions :

* Analytical Chemist.

* Lab Chemist.

* Biomedical Chemist.

* Materials Technologist.

* Quality Controller.

* Safety Health and Environmental Specialist.

* Production Officer.

These graduates can also get job opportunities in the following sectors :

* Railways.

* Postal services.

* Banking sector.

* Indian Army.

* Indian Navy.

* IAS.

* IPS.

* IFS.

* UPSC.

* SSC.

* DRDO.

* BARC.

* CSIR.

To get the particular job in the government sectors, the candidate should qualify in the Written exam, Personal interview conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and other government authorities.

There are many government jobs for Chemistry graduates. You can work in government banks as clerks and probationary officer. The examination for these posts will be done through IBPS.

You can work in,

- Indian Railways (www.indianrail.gov.in )
- UPSC (www.upsc.gov.in)
- Power Grid Corporation (https://www.powergridindia.com)
- IOCL (https://www.iocl.com/)
- ESIC (www.esic.in/)
- Heavy Water Board (www.hwb.gov.in/)

You can work as Officer, Graduate Executive Trainee, Office Assistant, Personal Clerks, Executive, Chemist etc. You can get the job details in the newspapers and job portals.
