I have given engineering entrance exams but i don't want to do b.tech. Instead i want to do chemistry honours. So i want to know the scope of chemistry honours in india and abroad.

There are large number of opportunity after the B.Sc chemistry honors from the recognised university.

Scope for the higher studies after the B.Sc chemistry is :-
* M.Sc chemistry.
* M.Sc analytical chemistry.
* M.Sc Drug chemistry.

Some of the carrer option after the B.Sc chemistry is :-
* Teacher.
* Lab chemist.
* R&D Director.
* Production officer.

Other than this you are eligible for most of the government jobs after the graduation educational qualification.

There are numerous scopes in chemistry in India as well as in Abroad. To make your future bright in chemistry you need to effort a lot. You can go for higher study in chemistry that is masters in chemistry.
You can also apply for TGT teachers in school in private as well as in Government but for that you have to qualify the TET. Moreover after masters you can apply for lecturer in colleges also.
There are posts like drug inspector in India as well as abroad. Companies also give good pay scale to candidates who have done masters in chemistry.
