How to prepare for CID Officers recruitment exam?

The role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent memory, a good judgment of character as well as experience of working alone and as part of a team of other officers.

CID recruitment is three step procedure.
1. You have to pass the written exam being conducted by Indian Civil Services Exam being conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
Questions asked in the entrance exam are from current affairs and criminology.

2. You will have to pass the physical test where your physical fitness will be checked.

3. Last but not the list interview.

For passing the above three hurdle you need to have full knowledge of current affairs, if you have done any course in criminology then it will act as additional benfit for you. Don't ignore your physical fitness because many candidates are just thrown out because of this. Lastly you should practice for your interview have group discussion, involving i to conversation with different types of people. It will increase your morale to face the people during your interview.
