Please provide me the details of pay scale for Ground Duty Staffs through AFCAT? I have tried and searched alot but found different pay scales everywhere. Please help me to know about this. Thank you!

The gross salary of candidates after completion of training in different branch of Indian Air Force is:

1. Flying branch officer: 85,372.

2. Ground Duty (technical ): 74,872.

3. Ground Duty (non technical): 71,872.

All salary is in rupees.

AFCAT stands for Airforce Common Admission Test, and the examination is conducted by Indian Air Force for the candidates who wants to join Air Force in different branches.

There are 3 branches in Air Force:

> Flying branch

> Technical branch

> Ground Duty branch

The salary of ground duty staffs ranges from Rs. 65,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month.

Pay scale of Ground Duty Staffs through AFCAT are:-

Pay in pay band: Rs. 15,600
Grade Pay: Rs. 5,400
Military Service Pay: Rs. 6,000
Dearness Allowance @ 107 percent: Rs. 28,890
Kit Maintenance Allowance: RS. 500

Gross monthly salary for Ground Duty (Tech) Branch is Rs. 74,872/- and for the Ground Duty (Non-tech) Branch is Rs. 71,872/-.
