Permanent government job for Diploma in Civil engineering holder working as a contract basis under MGNREGA Act?

Hello Sir, I have completed Diploma in Civil engineering and working at Ahmadabad in Lal Darwaja Jilla Panchayat at government contract basis under MGNREG Act. Is there any permanent government job for me?
