Respected Sir, I am going to apply for HR Executive Trainees recruitment of PGCIL. But I don't know about the selection procedure. Can you please let me know about the procedure of selection? Please let me know immediately. Thank you!

Selection procedure:-

The selection procedure of candidates in "PGCIL consists of 3 steps.

1. Entrance Exam
2. Group Discussion
3. Personal Interview
Final selection of the candidates done based on the performance in Entrance Exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Selection Process of PGCIL HR Executive Trainee Recruitment:

The selection process consists of the below mentioned rounds, they are
* Group Discussion and Personal Interview
* UGC NET Score

Weightage of the different parameters are given below, (out of 100)

>>> For NET 2018 Marks (Aggregate out of 100) - 85%

>>> For Group Discussion - 3%

>>> For Personal Interview - 12%

Total - 100%

And Group Discussion will not have any qualifying marks.

And Qualifying percentage for Interview is as follows,

@ For General Category - 40%
@ For OBC NCL/ SC/ ST/ PWD VH - 30%
