Respected Sir, in Indian Navy, how many types of training are done for the girls? How much weight and height are needed for that?

Sorry, to say that girls are not allowed to join in Indian Navy as per UPSC guidelines. Only unmarried Male candidates who are in between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age and those who have passed 12th standard with PCM stream from a recognised board are eligible to appear in NDA examination to join Indian Navy. So, being a female candidate, you are not eligible to join Indian Navy.

Height (Cm) - Weight (Kg) criteria for Indian Navy through CDS exam:-

150 cms - 39 Kg (20 years) - 41 Kg (25 years) - 43 Kg (30 years)
153 cms - 40 Kg (20 years) - 47.2 Kg (25 years) - 43.5 Kg (30 years)
155 cms - 43 Kg (20 years) - 44 Kg (25 years) - 46 Kg (30 years)
158 cms - 45 Kg (20 years) - 46 Kg (25 years) - 48 Kg (30 years)
160 cms - 46 Kg (20 years) - 47 Kg (25 years) - 49 Kg (30 years)
163 cms - 47 Kg (20 years) - 49 Kg (25 years) - 51 Kg (30 years)
165 cms - 49 Kg (20 years) - 51 Kg (25 years) - 53 Kg (30 years)
168 cms - 50 Kg (20 years) - 52 Kg (25 years) - 54 Kg (30 years)

Sir please may I know why girls are not allowed to join navy. Is this same with other countries too??

Sir I am a girl of 18 years but I am not from science I am from commerce stream should I have any chance to join defence as an officer rank? And what is the minimum height required??
