I want to apply in Haryana SSC Commando Wings recruitment. I would like to know that what Physical standard is required to apply? And what kind of fitness test they will take?

* Physical Screening Test (PST) {High Jump, Chin-ups, Race-2 KM}
* Knowledge Test (KT)
* Document Verification (Scrutiny of Documents)
* Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
* Interview cum Personality Test
