What is the procedure to become a Bar council member of Rajasthan Civil court?
I have passed LLB professional 3 years course from Rajasthan University in the year 1975. What is the procedure of becoming a Bar Council member of Rajasthan Civil court. Which exams I have to appear for it? Mr. Hardik Agarwal

You need to have a law degree plus practical experience under a registered lawyer specially a government lawyer. If you just have a degree without any exposure, then it will be difficult to get registration.
Hence, make sure that you have got the necessary exposure under a registered lawyer along with your law degree from a recognized college or university. |
