Dear Sir,
When the notification of AFCAT will publish? How I can apply for AFCAT? Please tell me the procedure for applying in AFCAT asap.

AFCAT stands for Air force Common Admission Test and it is the examination which is conducted twice every year once in the month of February/March and once in the month of August/September generally for the recruitment in Flying branch, Technical Branch and ground duty.

For appearing in the same examination you must possess the qualifications mentioned here under :-

* You must have the nationality of India.

* Your age must lie within 20 years to 24 years for the flying branch where as for other two branches it must be within 20 years to 26 years.

* You must have completed your higher secondary degree with Physics, Mathematics as the main subjects with at least 60% aggregate from a recognized board of education for the flying branch where as for technical branch and ground duty you must have completed your graduation dgree from a recognized university with at least 60% aggregate. Also for technical branch the subject of your degree course must be with either Physics or Mathematics.

* Also you must satisfy the physical and mental fitness as per the service requirement.

As far as you are concerned about the AFCAT 2016 notification, then the notifications has been released and the application forms are made available on its official link which would last till 31st December 2015 and the examination will be held on 21st February 2016.
