Indian Statistical Service is conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

If you have completed bachelor’s degree with Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subjects or a master’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics from a recognized University/ College/ Institutions then you are eligible for Indian Statistical Service exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

Important dates for Indian Statistical Service exam 2015:-

Date of Notification: 7 February, 2015
Last Date to Apply: 6 March, 2015
Date of Exam: 23 May, 2015 (3 Days)

Hello, I would like to know that if it is considered as eligibility for ISS Exam.
Can I appear for Indian Statistical Service Examination if I am from general science stream (not Honours) having subjects Statistics, Mathematics and Economics? I am a graduate.
