Being domicile of Gujarat necessary for appearing in GUJCET exam?

We are living in Bombay. My son completed his 12th CBSE from Bombay. His birth is in Gujarat. Is domicile certificate required for B.Tech admission in Gujarat? He also gives GUJCET exam.

No, outside state candidates are also eligible to apply for GUJCET, but they will not be eligible for state quota seats and also won't be able to avail reservation benefit.

Hence, there is no doubt that, you will be able to appear for it, but seats available for you will be very less in number.
