i have completed two year diploma after 10th.
now i want to do b-tech.
so, which university will be best for b-tech????

No, any university does not offer admissions for B.Tech course on basis of 10th standard. To get admission in B.Tech course, the candidate must have complete 10+2 or equivalent in non-medical science stream from a recognised board. And candidates who have completed Three years Diploma course are also eligible to get admission in Second year of B.Tech course. So, by completing your three years Diploma course, you can directly get admission in B.Tech course, but, after completion of two years Diploma course, no university provides admission for you in B.Tech course.
