can i get admission in B.E 2nd year? i have a diploma in DCA..nd in 12class my subjects r maths, science..plz tell me.

DCA is actually a certificate course and not a proper Diploma course.For lateral entry into 2nd year of B.E/B.Tech you should have completed a 3year Diploma in a polytechnic college or through Distance learning. DCA is an educational certificate which is basically not counted as diploma is real world.

Yes, you can get admission in B.E second year after completion of your three years Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) course. To get admission in B.E second year, you need to appear in LEET/ECET/JELET examination. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get admission in second year of four years B.E course.

Yes, of course you can join in B.E 2nd year through lateral entry scheme after completing Diploma in Computer Application. You can select the B.E specialization like, Computer, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, etc., based on your 12th standard subject. Those with qualifying lateral entry entrance have the option to join the 2nd year of B.E/B.Tech course directly. You may also have the option to pursue for the courses like, PGDCA. Please, select any one of the course based on your Interest and future aspiration.
