Sir, I have failed in three subject of B.Com 2nd year. Can I take admission for next 3rd year and I am student of SOL.

If you have failed in three subjects of B.Com 2nd year then, there is no need to take admission in 3rd year again. You can continue your 3rd year of B.Com course and you can clear your 2nd year backlogs by appearing in supplementary examinations. You have the chance to clear the backlogs till completion of the course. So, you can pursue your B.Com third year even if you have failed in three subjects in B.Com 2nd year.

Yes , even if you are failed in three subjects you can take admission to 3rd year or 5th semester for B.com course.

but you need clear the backlog exams before end of 3rd year to get degree certificate.
