Which date Law admission starts after Graduation completion? Can you please let me know the complete procedure which is required to be followed for getting the law admission? I just require it soon as possible as I am already running out of time.

Law is one of the popular career choices in our country for a long time. Student interested in making career in law can either do a three year law course after graduation in any discipline or a five year course after 12th class with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.

A candidate can start preparing for Law entrance exam conducted at national level for five years BA LLB at various National Law School soon after completion of secondary examination.

The National Law Entrance exam, CLAT (Common LAw Admission Test) basically tests the student's general English, legal Aptitude, general awareness , Logical skills etc.

The two most important things in your path to entering Law schools would be your score in entrance examination and your Board exam percentage(xii Board Examination)

The Following Checklists illustrates the sequence of events in the admission procedure :

>> Prepare for law entrance exam.
>> Research and get antiquated with all law school before filling up your preference.
>> Apply and register yourself via post or online.
>> Receive your admit card number.
>> Take the law entrance exam
>> Check your score on the website of the respective law entrance test that you have given
>> Apply to the colleges allotted to you as per your preference

To take admission in Law after completing graduation you have to apply for CLAT exam. CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test.

After graduation your law degree will be of 3 years.

Starting date for submission of online application form : 1st January, 2015
Last date for submission of filled-in online application form : 14th April, 2015 ( extended, earlier it is 31st March )
Date of CLAT : 2015 Online examination : 10th May, 2015
Declaration of results : 20th May, 2015

Dates of starting of admission : 24th May, 2015
Date of closure of admission process : 6th July, 2015

After graduation, you can pursue a three year course in law. You have not mentioned which university or college you would like to apply for admission as some universities conduct entrance tests to be eligible for admission.
