Those who are interested to become a Custom Officer, must appear and qualify in the entrance exam conducted by the Combined Graduate Level exam, conducted by the Staff selection Commission.

- To be eligible for the post of officer in the custom department, you must complete Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

A candidate must have done graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks and 45% for reserved categories.

Age limit 21-27 years.

You have to appear in Combined Graduate level exam that is conducted by SSC.

Candidate can apply for custom officer job through Civil Service Exams and Staff Selection Commission Exams.

• Candidate must have passed graduation from any recognised university.
• There is no minimum percentage criteria.
• Age of candidate must be from 21 to 32 years. relaxation in age is also there as per government norms.

You can apply for UPSC civil services exam for becoming an Indian custom officer. Graduation in any stream with just pass marks is the requirement for this exam. Don't worry about your percentage of marks.

Yes, you are certainly eligible to become Custom Officer even with less than 55% marks. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in Custom Officer Recruitment is "Graduate Degree" or a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. I am very happy to say that there is no certain minimum percentage criteria is required in order to be eligible for appearing in Customer Officer Recruitment. Since there is no percentage criteria required, I am sure you are certainly eligible to apply for Custom Officer job with the above mentioned criteria. In order to become Custom Officer, you are required to give "CGL" Combined Graduate Level Examination which is conducted by Staff Selection Commission. Of course there will be an age relaxation for SC / ST Category candidates in any recruitment.
