Where to apply for studying B.A.(Economics) in Delhi having 59.8% in 12th?


Hello,
I have completed my 12th from State Board with 59.8% marks and still because of some reason I didn't apply in any university. Is there any chance to get admission in any good institute for B.A.(Economics) or where can I apply now? I have very less idea about Delhi. Please guide me asap.
