How can some allowed to appear on the basis of Graduation only. is that mean, that a person who have not done graduation is dumb and not fit mentally or can not understand the situations... pls clarify

Don't depress your self so much.
Actually rules are rules and that can't be changed by one person. We need to follow the rules. Diploma has its own value and degree has its own. You have to complete your degree first then only you can appear for Civil services exam: So, don't waste your time by just thinking just unnecessary things. Most important for you to crack the exam. |

Re: Why a person without graduation can't apply for any Civil Service Exams?
The problem is that most of the people do diploma after class X which is a factor. Graduates achieve their education after completion of class XII. Therefore, diploma can't be equivalent to degree.
If diploma is made equivalent to degree then everyone will go for diploma after class Xth and nobody will be interested in doing class XII. Hope you understand the point. |

Re: Why a person without graduation can't apply for any Civil Service Exams?
No, three year diploma course is not equivalent to the graduation degree as in some of the examination it is considered as equivalent to the 10+2 certificate.
But the required eligibility to appear for the civil services examination is graduation as according to the notification released by the UPSC. So it is required to have the graduation degree to appear for the examination. To get more information about the examination pattern visit at the www.upsc.gov.in. |
