Please tell me the detail about
PhD entrance exam for Environment Science.
I have done M.Sc from Environment
Science from Punjab University..

You can surely apply for Ph.D admission if you have got M.Sc qualification with at least 55% marks from a recognized University. You can apply for Ph.D in the same subject in which you have done your Master's degree. For reserved category only 50% marks is required for Ph.D admission.

Admission notification is released every year by Punjab University and you can apply on a prescribed application format as given in the notification. If you have got NET/SLET/JRF then you can apply directly for interview. If not then you have to apply for the entrance exam. If you perform well in the interview and have good academics then surely you will get admission.
