How to become the best Lecturer after M.Sc physics?

Presently, I'm studying M.Sc physics 2nd year. My goal is to become the best lecturer but I am from Telugu medium background. So I have lot of fear.

For becoming a lecturer in India you must try to qualify NET/SET after completion of M.Sc degree with at least 55% marks. There is relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category.
In private colleges you can even try without NET/SET but chances will be low because they prefer NET/SET qualified candidates.

Look, the medium of education is not a big factor to become a good Lecturer. As you are doing your M.Sc in Physics, after completing your M.Sc studies you must opt for Ph.D course in the above mentioned field. Once you complete you Ph.D course, you can definitely become a good Lecturer in Physics. If your base in Physics is strong, then the medium of education is not a big factor to create any problem.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
