OBC candidate having 52% in MA can do PhD/M.Phil or appear in SET/NET?


I passed ma with 52% and belong to obc so i can do phd/set/m.phil/net etc. I belong obc and i passed ma 52% i want to do phd/set/m.fil/net

If you belong to OBC category of non-creamy layer, then surely you can apply for UGC NET with 52% marks in your post graduation.

There is 5% relaxation to SC/ST, OBC and physically handicapped candidates for UGC NET. Therefore, you can apply for it because you have above 50% marks. Just make sure that you have documents in support of your non-creamy layer OBC category.

Also, you should have done your post graduation from a recognized university in India. 55% marks in the minimum criteria for General category candidates.

I am OBC candidate. I have 52%u2105marks in MA. I want join in PHD..... Is it possible?
