How to prepare for IAS or IPS exam? Books to be referred for this?

So every book available in the market are good pleas once go through the type of author for his detailed explanation. You may like one type of explanation by a author so roam around the book stalls to collect material. One's success will also depend on selecting the right material. IAS & IPS are the best and toughest job in india.anyone want to be a civil servant.if this job is best then the condidate will also be an extra ordinary person..
so if u want to prepare for this then keep ready to preparation-- keep time manage and utilize give mock test ,update with ur sorrounding ,current affairs,and with ur subject. there are alot of books are available for this and all are helpfull.do preparation with ncert books from class 1-10 very well. best of luck. thank u |

1. Be very particular about the subject you choose for prelims, as you will be appearing for an objective type of paper. History, maths, geography may prove to be very scoring. Choose subjects which have availability of books, reading material and guidance.
2. G.K. will definitely pay in your prelims. Reading newspapers, watching TV news and of course quiz shows 3. Enhance your personality because it will definitely be one of the criteria for selection. For IPS physical wellbeing is of great importance, you should be medically fit 4. Improve your communication skills. |
