Which specialization is better to study in PhD among HR and Marketing for MBA postgraduate? Procedure to apply in Ranchi University?

I have completed my MBA in HR & Marketing. HR is my major specialization. So in which specialization I should do PhD between them? What is the process for applying PhD in Ranchi University?

Look , it all depends upon you that in which of the specialisation you want to pursue Ph.D course as both of the specialisations are good option to choose. The specialisation in which you are more interested, must go for Ph.D course in it.

To do Ph.D from Ranchi University after completing MBA, you should first have to qualify in the UGC NET examination.
The eligibility criteria required to appear in the UGC NET examination is that a candidate must have completed Master's Degree course from a recognised University with 55% of marks. Once you qualify in the NET examination, you can take admission to study Ph.D course in Ranchi University.
